1 Corinthians 1: 4-9
4I always thank God for you because of his grace given you in Christ Jesus.
5For in him you have been enriched in every way—in all your speaking and in all your knowledge—
6because our testimony about Christ was confirmed in you.
7Therefore you do not lack any spiritual gift as you eagerly wait for our Lord Jesus Christ to be revealed.
8He will keep you strong to the end, so that you will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
9God, who has called you into fellowship with his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, is faithful.
Cason Blakely at the beach
Cason has been back and forth to the hospital since I last mentioned him, but I wanted to tell you that the money has been raised for his kidney transplant and now they are waiting for testing of a suitable donor. Barry Ellerbee has his liver transplant and is doing much better.
We live in such a wonderful age where transplants can be done to save lives. I praise God today for giving minds that can learn new technologies and for creating hands that have such skill to do them.

we do live in such a wonderful age and new technology is always fascinating. I'm so glad these little children are able to receive life-giving gifts, all made possible by God's will to empower us with knowledge and the love of sharing. I hope their lives are long and fruitful.
